Analytics Platform and Business Hub upgrade - process

Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to form a plan for the upgrade of the AP and BH, and I would appreciate any assistance! Here are the 2 goals:

A. Current AP: 5.2.5 –> To update to 5.5.1 (high priority).

B. Current BH: 1.10.1.–> To update to the latest that supports 5.5.1 AP (low priority).

Can you please provide guidelines/advice in terms of:

  1. Which BH version can support AP 5.5.1?

  2. What is the sequence of steps that should be taken, regarding AP, BH, KOTS and executor docker image (for a single executor instance) for performing just A or both A and B?

From BH v: 1.13 started to support:

  • knime/knime-lts-full:r-5.5.0-84

  • knime/knime-lts-full:r-5.5.1-154

  • knime/knime-lts-full:r-5.5.2-243

Refer: KNIME Business Hub Admin Guide V1.13 .

Normal Sequence is: KOTS(if required) → BH → Executer Context → AP
