AND and OR flags in V3000 SDF cells for RDKit

Hi,

I noticed that the RDKit nodes lose the AND and OR flags on chiral centres (and MIX on double bonds) in the V3000 SDF format when the structures are parsed back out from RDKit and back into SDF again.

Would it be possible to retain these flags in future RDKit node releases.
