currently, I am looking for a solution to write data back to an existing SharePoint-List with KNIME.
Since I have not found a solution yet, I hope you guys can help me out here

the SharePoint Online List Writer – KNIME Hub may help you out here. This is a new node in our current release KNIME 4.6.0.
However, if you are working on a production setup, I suggest holding off with an update until we release our production-ready 4.6.1 version.
