assign field type for missing column

Good Day,
Have an issue with data type error .

while reading certain excel through loop i found that the data type is changing to nominal or missing value or no data type mention in column .
i would like to get an help from how to auto correct the data type to string or any respective data
.

this usually happens when the flow is scheduler and when there is no data its converting to missing data type
