Assistance with Workflow Upload Issues on KNIME Hub

To whom it may concern,

I am reaching out because I am experiencing serious issues with the KNIME Hub. I am a student at the University of Mississippi, currently enrolled in the master’s program, and my class recently completed a group project that required us to collaborate through the KNIME Community Hub.

Our group has been sharing a workflow by uploading it to the Hub, where each member would make updates and then re-upload their version to overwrite the existing one. However, when it came time for me to upload my final version, I encountered persistent upload failures. Each time I attempted to upload my corrected workflow, KNIME would appear to process the upload for 20–30 minutes before displaying a “failed” error message. After several attempts, the program froze completely and shut down.

I tried multiple times—rebuilding the workflow from scratch four separate times—and even attempted to save it locally instead. Unfortunately, pressing the save button for the local workspace did not appear to do anything; it allowed me to click repeatedly, but nothing saved. My professor recommended that I reach out to KNIME Support for assistance.

Could someone please help me determine how to fix this issue or ensure that when I rebuild the workflow again, it will successfully upload to the Hub?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

@MorganYoung Aline here! I’m so very sorry you’re experiencing this problem! I forwarded the matter to KNIME Community Hub’s support team. Hang in there and thanks for your patience!

Hi @MorganYoung,

Sorry to hear about your upload problems!

Could you tell me the URL of the workflow you meant to overwrite on the KNIME Community Hub?
