I took a look at your problem, but couldn't recreate it. Which algorithm type are you using?
The free item sets should do your job, as than there is no filtering.
Just for clarification: you use the KNIME internal node Association Rule Learner?

Thanks for the response.
I was using Knime internal Association Rule Learner. I also used Weka seperatly and it gave me the complete rule set for all rule lengths.
