Automated Matched Pair error

ERROR Automated Matched Pairs 3:385 Execute failed: Cannot init reader after buffer is closed.

I have multiple row for each of the three values 1, 2 and 3 in the property comparison and regardless of whether its integer/double and how much I clean pre-process molecules I always get above error in the Automated Matched pair analysis. Just using property ration or difference does not help. Never completes.
