yes, all workflows which were open when KNIME was last finished will be still in your tabs.
Loading we would not recommend, because this could yield to very long startup times.

Yes someone found a hackaround in the forum.
I will not post it here, as we do not recommend using it. It just makes your KNIME Startup slow. Do you see an advantage?

ok i understand 
I created a workflow that is used by employees who have no experience with KNIME at all. I want to make it as easy as possible for this one. So when you start KNIME, only this one workflow should be displayed.
However, closing the KNIME welcome window is not a major obstacle either.

But how about this:
you can export a knwf file for them. If the file format is registered a double click opens KNIME and the workflow straight away.
