Best way to generate automated, nicely designed invoices in KNIME?

Hi everyone,
what is currently the best way to automatically generate professional-looking invoices in KNIME?

My setup:

  • Data is stored in Google Sheets

  • I want to fill a template automatically (Google Docs or similar)

  • Output should be one PDF per customer

  • Invoice needs a clean, modern design (logo, header, items table, totals)

I tried BIRT (Classic UI only) and the new KNIME Reporting extension, but I’m not sure what the recommended or most modern approach is today.

Question:
Is there a way to automate Google Docs templates from KNIME?
Or what is the best practice for creating nicely designed invoice PDFs?
