Binary Scorer v2: Matthews Correlation coefficient and Youden's statistic added

Hi All

The Binary Scorer node from Lhasa Limited has been updated to also calculate the Matthews Correlation Coefficient (also known as Cohen’s kappa) and Youden’s J Statistic.

Available in the nightly build so far, will migrate into KNIME 4.1 within the next day or two.

This deprecates the old Binary Scorer replacing it with the new one. The only difference you’ll see is two additional columns with these new metrics.
