BIRT palette not showing KNIME 4.5

Hi. In KNIME 4.5 looks like the Palette window in BIRT is not available:

I’ve done a Reset Perspective with no success. If the worksapce contains workflows on which there were previously built reports there is no problem:

You can bring back the Palette window using the access commands on the upper right side (or you can use CTRL + 3) and searching for ‘Palette’, then just click ‘Show in Palette’.

(Just for completeness: This is an issue in 4.5.0 and 4.5.1. We have fixed it in 4.5.2, which got released earlier this week.)
