BUG: Parameter optimisation loop start

Dear KNIMErs,

Just a quick one: The parameter optimisation loop start node suffers from the same bug previously ailing the GroupBy node - i.e., unless you explicitly hit "enter" after entering a new parameter name, it'll only save the new name in the config dialog, but not in the resulting variable. I suppose it uses the same list-type control, and it'll require a similar fix.
