I am trying to calculate running total for this year and last year. For example, assuming Jan-2020, cases are 20, and Feb-2020 cases are 50, total would be 70. Similarly, Jan-2019, cases 10, and Feb-2019, cases are 30, total would be 40. Having a hard time with this.

not sure I understand. My guess would be you need to calculate cumulative sum (using node @izaychik63 linked) for each row if you have data in format that you print screened. If not can you give example of input data and desired output?

Got it working! Rulebase Node + Moving Aggregate did it for me.
