Can i change the horizontal legend in vertical legend tooltip to the output “Line Plot” node?

I am unsure if you mean changing red or green box in below screenshot:
As far as I can tell Tooltip legend will be vertical and general legend (green box) will be horizontal in Line plot and there does not seem to be any configuration Option to change this.
I recommend using Generic eCharts View in combination with K-AI to generate Line Plot - I have not checked this yet, but eCharts is a very, very flexible library and K-AI works very well with it.
