can KNIME create a Microsoft Access-Database / DB-Base / mySQL-Database by its own?

I only find helpful information about connecting to a database

Hi,
to my knowledge only certain in memory dbs but in generell there are reader and writer nodes for Tables for existing databases.

@mi171 KNIME can create H2 and SQLite databases as physical files on a drive even if no file existed before.

There might be an option to use pyodbc on a windows machine to create one from scratch but I have not tried that yet.
