I am getting the following error message during login to KNIME Hub:

Unexpected error when authenticating with identity provider
the issue persist when opening from browser or from AP.
In recent weeks it feels like the provider is down 40% of the time, causing multiple delays on development of customers Comm Hub Teams workflows.
Basic browser based troubleshooting, different browser, etc did not help, the issue is definitely with the providers end.
Users with active session are not affected, and some users can even log in into the system, while others are getting the above error message.
Can this be fixed, please?
