Cannot create environment in KNIME Python Deep Learning

Hello, first post and fairly new to using KNIME.

When I go through the steps to create an environment in KNIME Python Deep Learning it gives an error that packages are missing, I have updated KNIME, Anaconda but cannot resolve the issue. Am I missing something or need to install a package that I am missing?
