I am trying to install the knime plug ins on my eclipse but I always get this error message. I would like to know your insights about this.

I see you have two update sites in your target definition:
4.1 and nightly. You should only have one, and in most cases you should not use the nightly update site when you develop your own extensions, as you might use features that are not yet available in the released versions.
My suggestion is to remove the nightly update site.
