can't install the KNIME AI extension

hi, I can’t install the KNIME AI extension. The following error message appears during installation:

An error occurred while installing the items

session context was:(profile=KNIMEProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null → [R]org.knime.python.llm.channel.bin.win32.x86_64 5.4.4.v202504301719, action=org.knime.product.p2.actions.ShellExec).

@wagnerix Can you share the the create_env.out and create_env.err files here as well?

Is a proxy involved? The 403 is an indicator that something is restricting your access and since it’s a public URL, a proxy is the most likely candidate.
