Can't login to knime store for personal productivity tool after upgrading to Knime 3.2

I am getting the message below for the Licenses pane after upgrading to version 3.2, I've updated also the personal productivity. Any help please with how I can connect to Knime store to activate the personal productivity suite?



Try starting once from the command line with "-clean" as argument.

If possible, I would like to have a look at your installation before you start it with this argument. Is it possible that you create an archive of your installation and upload it somewhere? This seems to be a random issue in some installation which we couldn't reproduce yet.

could you try adding -clean to your knime.ini file?
