Can't sign into my account

Hi,

I’m unable to sign in to my account. I used the “Forgot password” option but never received the password-reset email. After multiple attempts, my account is now temporarily locked with the message: “There have been more than 5 failed login attempts for this account. It is temporarily blocked. Try again later or request a new password.”

Could you please help unlock my account or resend the password-reset email? My account email is Klaudia.Babisova@medirexgroup.sk. Thank you for your assistance.

There was an issue with e-mail delivery this morning. You should have received the reset e-mail by now.
