I’m sure I configure conda properly :
But python node does’t work. Anybody had met this issue or can give some proposal, pls ？

@sylvpan3 welcome to the KNIME forum. In your screenshot the Python node does not have any input port. You will either have to add one or remove that and adapt the code inside.
