Change empty cell to number zero

I try to manipulate my table in that way that empty cells, which are represented with a red “?”
should get the number zero “0.0”

I’ve found a similar topic here: Remove "NULL" string values from data table - #9 by chimdee

But I can’t figure out of how to point to an empty cell.
