I linked my email to this account already but when I clicked forgot password, and typed my username which is huynhduc, and I still haven’t received any email from KNIME. However, my account is still logged in. But, I don’t know how to change my password from inside.
Any idea for me please? Thank you.
Hey there @huynhduc , sorry you were having troubles resetting your password. This stemmed from an issue that was recently resolved, and you should be able to reset your password now without any issues.

I mean, if I don’t shut this tab down, it would be ok. But, when I open a new tab and access KNIME, I need to log in again.
I just reset it, and now, it’s in the anonymous email
