changing path for python extension files in AppData folder

Hello,
Python extensions installed on other terminal disappear every week which required me to uninstall and install every time.
I have been told by our IT that there is weekly cleanup and because of that all
the data in AppData folder under each user are deleted.
(the extension folder that I import in " available software sites" not located in AppData)
is there a way to change path of the files that are in AppData folder?
or any other workaround?

Is “main” KNIME AP installed into c:\program files\....? If so, then it’s best to install additional software as Administrator (close KNIME, start it via context menu and “Run as Admin”). This should then install extensions into c:\program files\<KNIME>\plugins).
