ChEMBLdb Connector and only WebKit 1.x supported 2.2.3 found

Hi there,

First of all, it is unlikely that the 2 warnings are related. I could possibly help more about the second warning, if you could tell me what the input and the parameters are.

Ok, I figured out that the input was wrong. I mean, I used wrong parameters for the ChEMBLdb connector, therefore I got an empty table:

I was searching compunds for a certain target. So, I used a target-ID together with search type "compound", what intuitively seemed to be correct, However, to get the right result one has to use the target-ID together with search-type "target". And mark the checkbox "Bioactivities".

Hi there,

Good stuff! Keep in mind that targets, compounds, assays (and documents) all have CHEMBL IDs. When you input an ID to the node, you have to specify whether it refers to a target, compound or assay.
