CheS-Mapper Node problem

The CheS-Mapper Node seems to behave strangely.

I feed in data that includes smiles, and some target attribute. Feature are generated properly and 3D-embedding works, but when I select my taget feature the node seems to lock up.

This problem is also a bit unpredicable since sometimes the node works as expected, with the same data!? sometime re-starting Knime will fix the problem.

Strangely, if I export the data to an sdf file and run the stand alone CheS-Mapper it works fine.
