I have data.

I want to combine these values from as above to be as below :

I have already tried to make this one success but I took many steps.

Does anybody know how to make these steps to be short?

the data that I show up in this discussion is just for example, How about when I have a hundred variables that are similar to this, How to fix it easily in KNIME
?

First you transpose your table then you do Column to Grid node with 3. (Assuming all you have is one row.
