Complex transpose table

I’m new in Knime, I try to make transposition but it’s not simple.
How can I leave the left table for the right one.

I think the Unpivot node might work for this one. You can always post a workflow with some sample data.

@iCFO is right. You’re more likely to get help if you post a current workflow w/ data or at least in this case the data. Screenshots force potential helpers to waste time reproducing the data.
