Short Version
I realised that the “Finish” and “Cancel” button in the Layout Editor (or Node Usage and Layout) are without function. The only way to close the dialogue is by pressing the X on the top right corner of the window.
Background
I just created a lot of components to be reused in different workflows. Most of the components contain Workflow Abstraction nodes like “String configuration” or “Single Selection Configuration”. Most of the components have several of these nodes.
I found this pdf
indicating it’s possible to change the sorting of these configuration nodes in the Layout Editor.
Yes it is possible to change the sorting there, but the “Finish” and “Cancel” button are not function, thus it’s not possible to save the changed sorting of configuration nodes.
Couldn’t find that topic anywhere else in the forum or the internet and thus decided to place it here.
