Component output hiding data if non-native is present

Hi,

while working on a production workflow I noticed an odd issue where the component output hides the data (regardless of the amout of rows)

Since I was bold, testing the production workflow in KNIME 5.8.1 LTS RC3 during hte prev. community hacking days, back testing is possible but might skew the results. I am not aware of a change related to that experience, though.

I suppose it is a feature, not a bug. Isn’t it?

PS: I traced it down to Non-Native data type being present

@mwiegand I tried to reproduce this with a simple component containing non-native columns, but in my case, the component output is still shown and not hidden. So there might be something specific in your setup causing this behavior.

Could you share a minimal example workflow that demonstrates the issue (with dummy data if needed)? Also, please let us know which KNIME version you’re using.
