Connecting external IDE for python to knime

Hi All, I’m using python script in knime but it is taking like 8-10 mins to run the script becoz of large amt of data… It will be a scheduled job to do these operations for different files which will be user defined…

Is there any other option in knime or any other platform for Python that I can connect to this knime workflow? The data combined from various databases is in knime though… and it’ll change on the basis of the selected file…

Unfortunately I don’t fully understand your problem.
Here are some key points I extracted:

  • You use a python script in a KNIME workflow.
  • In the same workflow you combine multiple datasources.
  • You process a large amount of data.
  • You want to schedule the workflow to run every X day/min/hour ?

Which of the points are correctly extracted and where do you struggle ?
