Connecting KNIME and SAP HANA

Hi,

I am trying to connect KNIME and SAP HANA. It appears that our company has a “runtime” SAP-license and not the full database license. Apparently, this does not enable us to connect directly to the HANA database using the KNIME HANA connector.

So, how do we get the highly desired data from HANA in KNIME in a more “friendly” way than exporting complete tables as csv/Excel from SAP and importing those into KNIME?

Don’t know much about SAP HANA licences but you can use DB Connector node to try to connect to it. Here is topic that explains it very well.
