Are you trying to connect on a work machine that is somehow limiting your network connection, or involves a proxy or VPN? That’s the most likely cause.
If you try to connect via a home network, for example, does anything change?
That’s true Scott. I am at work and trying to connect from there, I will try from home network and see.
