Connection problem to dedicated instance in SQL Server

Hi,

I faced a problem to connect to a different (not default) instance in SQL Server. I tried to use MS SQL Server connector and DB Connector Node as well but when I try to connect to DB I receive an error message - Execute failed: Cannot open database “<DB_name>” requested by the login. The login failed.

But if I change the connection to an old instance it will work pretty well. I checked security permissions from SQL server side and didn’t find any problems.

What should I check to solve the issue?
