Hello everybody,
if it were possible in knime to connect to semantic models (formerly dataset) from microsoft, this would be a great added value .

Thank you for the suggestion.
PowerBI Semantic Model (aka Dataset) Reader node is planned and in the pipeline. It will allow users to execute queries against PowerBI models and load the data directly into a KNIME workflow.
