convert image into table

Dear Community

I have some images from a personal project that are transactions made some years ago, I would like to convert them into a format that allows me to use them later in an Excel, the images have Date, Qty, Description, Amount(IN/OUT) and the format for the images are JPG

@Angrosh06 ChatGPT might be an option. Ask it to produce a CSV file.
