Copy one row in multiple rows with delimiter

I need help for a given dataset:

Topic	Related Number
Label	36,23
Material	35
Engine	36,12,53

Needed output: For every row were with more than one “related number” I need multiple rows with each related number like:

Topic	Related Number
Label	36
Label	23
Material	35
Engine	36
Engine	12
Engine	53

About a compact solution . I come to the conclusion that the row filter in my suggested solution is not necessary . In the UnPivot node is the option to “skip rows containing missing cells”
