I want to run this pipeline on KNIME (It didn’t work on TOPPAS) but I have problems finding the Collect module. I used ZipLoop insteat but also failed and it looks not right. Can you help me have a look how can I make the same functional workflow?

Execute failed: IURIPortObject with list of multiple URIs supplied at single URI port #1. Use Loops/FileSplitter to branch/iterate or somehow merge the files.
