Couldn´t save workflow due to Workflow temp directory entry was deleted

I have a workflow that runs for quite a while with many loop iterations. It run ok but I couldn´t save it after completed. Follows final portion of console to see if it can shed some light on issue. Why entry “C:\Users\pauloscheidegger\AppData\Local\Temp\knime_Correla__o M_lt31034” is being deleted?

Unfortunately, to my experience if temp directories deleted you need to recreate WF or at least substantial part of it.

Hi @pauloscheidegger , not sure why the Temp folders are being deleted - may be your system is cleaning up for some reason (not enough space may be?).

Your workflow itself is in the Knime’s workflow folder. The Temp folders only contains temporary files such as some compiled data that your workflow might depend on. Try to reset your workflow. It should remove any dependency on any compiled data, and should allow you to save if it’s in the reset state.

Complementary to @izaychik63 and @bruno29a’s hints, if eventually the important thing is to save your workflow regardless of the data, what I usually do in this case is the following:

Create a new workflow from scratch with a new name.
Select All the nodes of your workflow, copy and paste them in the new empty workflow.
Save it.

If eventually, you need to save the results too but you cannot save the workflow for any reason, what I usually do is to save the node results (partial or final) which are important using -Table Writer- nodes.
At least I can save this way a maximum of information without loosing everything.

Doing this way, at least one doesn’t loose the workflow and/or important data.

Thank you all for your advices. I did reset the workflow to save it succesfully and it is running now for some hours again.
