Count per customerID, per date

Dear KNIME users,

I need help - I’m trying to add a column which counts/ ranks the data per customerID on the minimum date per customer and then ranks upwards depending on the amount of rows per customerid.
See below as example, the yellow column which I called rank is the expected outcome which I want to get through KNIME:
