Create N rows on the basis of column value

i attached 2 screenshots :

1. which is in the existing table into database.
2. I want data into the format which is 2nd screenshot . where data is repeat on basis of value num =3 and fee is divide by value and in date 1month is added every time .

I see,
You can use Create Date&Time Range node starting from available ‘date’ (‘value’ == number of periods). And then apply a joiner or xjoiner depending the use case.
