Create R based Node?

I saw that there is a Python API now for node development. Does something similar for R exists?

Hi @xandor19,

This does not exist for R, the closest thing is a node from a the MPICBG R scripting community extension that allows you to use R scripts with user interfaces created with RGG (http://rgg.r-forge.r-project.org/). The maintainer @niederle can tell you more about that.
