Is it possible to create headings and sub headings like this with knime?
If so how can I do it?
Your requirement does not clearly say whether you would like to produce a report or an xls-file as output.
So I assume that you would like to create an xls-file as output from KNIME.
If this is the case it is no problem to some cells with (fixed) data, concatenate it with the data and write everything to an output file.
