Your current Column Delimiter is a pipe and comma but I only see pipes in your data with spaces and no commas. Try to remove the comma and further adjust the exact delimiter

An the go to the tab “LImit Rows” and adjust the settings to skip the first rows.

Skip first 3 rows, and choose column as header, in delimeter use | to create the columns or use autodetect format, it helps to convert to correct format.
