customised view of row values into column

my input data is this

i want to display data output like this (reference format is in bold)

like combine multiple data from various rows and place them in a column for a single set of data and insert 2 or 3 empty rows then continue for another set

Is this possible in knime using any nodes?

I thought it is less difficult to make the output in in excel but if u have any suggestion kindly let me know
