Data from before given days for x amount of days

Hi

I’m new to KNIME and I would like to know if you have any ideas how to make the solution more interactive an not so manual in a repetitive task.

Background information:
I often have to compare to period and the surrounding period with same period previous year. Ex I want to compare from the 12th of April to the 16th of April 2024 to the 14th of April to the 18th of April 2023. In the comparison I also have to take a look at the data 30 days before and after the given period to make an estimation of the performance for the period.

Problem:
I’ve made a solution for this, but in my solution I have made three individual Date&Time Based Row Filter and calculate the 30 days before and after. I would like to make it a more dynamic workflow where there is only need to change one node.

I was hoping it were possible to enter the period and based on the entered period KNIME should take the 30 days before and after without changing three nodes and calculating the days.

As a starting point maybe you can share your current workflow or prepare a scaled down version of it with dummy data - that will help everyone better understand what you have done thus far and based on that can provide some recommendations.

I’ll go ahead and prepare a simplified version of my current workflow with some dummy data. I’ll share that shortly, so everyone can get a clearer picture of what I’ve been working on. I appreciate the suggestion—this will definitely help in getting more targeted advice.
