Regarding the timeout when reading the file. Can you provide us with some more information regarding who is the workflow executed e.g. scheduling, manual or via REST?
ORA-12592 seems to be a problem with the network communication between the db machine and the machine the KNIME Executor is running on.
The job view does not support all node dialogs and outport types yet. We are working on it to support more and more dialogs and port types.
