Someone has worked in a food delivery time prediction in Knime?
Am working with an F&B company that does deliver services. Start from preparing the food until delivering the order to the customer.
We have time data start from customer place order time, food prep time, order wait time (how long it takes before rider bring order out of store), ride time to customer, ride to the store.

For start you can always check KNIME Hub for workflow examples. Assume you have exact delivery time as well? But if you know how long does each step takes can’t you simply sum it? (Obviously haven’t done any delivery time prediction so maybe I’m thinking about it wrong.)
Tip: Users on this forum like data so sharing sample data set could get things going
