Demonstration of the KNIME Webportal

This workflow will allow the user to pick a data source and do some decision tree model learning on it. Valid data sources are an in-built SQLite database or the upload of either another SQLite DB file or a custom KNIME table file. The workflow will then analyse the table and offer the user too choose the target and independent variables. A (very simple) report will be generated and shown to the user.

Hi, my name is Michael and I am new to Knime so my query may be very basic.

I am trying to run the demo of the KNIME Webportal, located, I believe, on the KNIME Forum.

When I attempt to execute I get hung up on Node 54.

The error message reads:

Could not create connection to database [SQLite_Cantopen]

Unable to open DB file [ out of memory ]

DB Table Selector

error while selecting SQL Query
select from SQL Lite Master where type = ta

Frankly, this is all Greek to me.

Any suggestions on how to run this or a simpler Demo ?

Hi @mgelormino9 -

I wasn’t able to recreate your problem when I ran this workflow. Perhaps as an alternative, you could try this other Hub workflow?

I appreciate it and I got it to run.

It took a bit of tweeking - trial and error.

At the outset, it indicated certain extensions were required but I could not select and add them and I am not sure why.

I also received multiple error messages which seemed to be focused on:

my inability to add extensions for

KNIME data generation
KNIME JPMML integration

an Empty Table Creator.

I suspect these repeat below and I only add them for information.

The good news is I got the demo to run - the not so good news is I know not how.

Looks like trouble shooting is part of the game.
